The master plan identifies the investment requirements in the Sewerage Collection Network and those for the Treated Sewerage Effluent System (TSE) for the next 25 years (planning horizon 2032). It had to determine the most cost-effective solution and timing for augmentation of the sewerage treatment capacity, the sewerage collection system and the effluent reuse system.
